Q: I made a donation, when will my gift arrive?

A: All gifts will be shipped and sent through email within the first week of May. Arrival time will depend on your location. 

Q: Can you ship the physical, non-digital gifts to outside of Canada?

A: Unfortunately the gifts other then the digital song can be only shipped to donors living in Canada borders.

Q: I won't be able to show up on Saturday, April 29th for Mixed Feelings event, can I still see the exhibition?

A: Unfortunately Mixed Feelings is a one-night event and the artworks can only be seen between 6pm-9pm on April 29th.

Q: How long will it take to visit the exhibition?

A: Depending on your preference of interaction, visiting time may vary between 20min-40min. Please consider that due to limited space, the exhibition venue may become crowded and there may be long visiting lines. There will be some chairs available at the entrance of the gallery.

Q: Do I need to bring cash?

 

A: Yes! Mixed Feelings is a Pay-What-You-Can event and our suggested donation is $5. Donations can only be made at the door and in cash. We will also have refreshments and cookies (with dairy-free and vegan-friendly option). Refreshments will be free while cookies will be available upon purchase in cash. Unfortunately we won't be using any POS machines during the event.

Q: Will there be food & drink?

A: Yes there will be cookies (with dairy-free and vegan-friendly option) and non-alcoholic beverages during the event. Refreshments are on the house! Cookies will be sold for $1-$2. Every purchase of a cookie will count as a donation to our collective.

Q: How do I get to Tangled Art Gallery's Vitrine space?

A: The event will take place at the Tangled Vitrines, Studio 30, in the basement level of the 401 Richmond building. The closest accessible subway station is at Union Station. The Vitrines are also accessible by the Spadina streetcar (Queen Street stop going south from Spadina Station, Richmond Street stop north from Union Station), which is intermittently accessible.

Q: Is there street parking?

A: 401 Richmond Street West is located on Richmond Street just east of Spadina Avenue. Unfortunately 401 Richmond building do not offer visitor or free parking at any time. All spaces are reserved for the tenants. However, there are a number of parking lots in the immediate area. The closest parking can be found in 388 Richmond Street West. We encourage guests to walk or bike to 401 Richmond. The building is easily accessed via the Adelaide bike lane running east, or the Richmond bike lane running west. There are bike racks at both the front and back entrances of the building where your bike can be safely parked.

Q: Is this event accessible?

 

A: Yes Mixed Feelings is an accessible event. The building and gallery space is in a barrier-free location and is wheelchair accessible, however, due to limited space, the exhibition venue may become crowded. Attendant care will be provided at the event. An accessible washroom is available on the fourth floor of 401 Richmond. Service animals are welcome at the venue. Exhibition will feature audio description which will be available at the venue and accessible through the website. The tactile and touchable artworks will be hung at an accessible level. Please help us in making this a scent-free environment.

 

​Q: Can children attend the event?

 

A: Yes we encourage visitors from every age to participate and to interact with the artworks.
